MUXX OIL Quench 150 is an additivated quenching oil and formulated based on highly refined paraffinic base oil to achieve the uniform hardening of carbon and alloy steels. The viscosity of MUXX OIL METAL QUENCH 150 offers reduced drag out and fast draining, minimizing oil losses during operation. Greases
Grease is a semisolid lubricant made of oil and a thickener, designed to stay in place and reduce friction between moving parts. It provides long-lasting lubrication, even under extreme conditions, and often includes additives for improved performance like corrosion resistance and thermal stability.
Muxxol Extreme Pressure Grease is a superior Lithium soap-based grease containing extreme pressure additives to carry more load on the application front. This grease is made up of high viscosity index paraffinic base oil and fortified with anti-oxidant, rust inhibitor, and metal passivator additives. Excellent shear stability under severe mechanical, water, and steam conditions.
Muxxol Calcium Sulphonate Complex EP-2 Grease
Calcium Sulfonate complex based grease manufactured with premium additive components carrying exceptional performance characteristics in all essential parameters. This offers very good resistance to ageing and excellent protection against corrosion and wear due to the use of its highly effective additive packages. It provides a long service life and thus helps to reduce servicing costs.
Temperature range: -20°C to +140°C. They correspond to the requirements of high temperatures while the temperature of use of traditional greases is limited to 90°C. This range, based on earth metal, allows for high service temperatures, which can attain 140°C. The structure of these greases is also suitable for working in the presence of water and loads.
Muxxol Li-Plex Lithium Complex

MUXXOL Chuck EEZ Paste
MUXXOL Chuck EEZ Paste is a fully synthetic high-performance chuck paste for lubricating friction and sliding points under high and impact-loaded conditions, which helps to prevent fretting corrosion on the chucks.
Muxxol Chuck EEZ Jaw Paste is recommended as assembly lubrication paste for CNC and other machine tools and chuck jaws. It is suitable for lubricating areas in filing, labeling, and packing machines where high-level vibrating stresses are encountered. It can be used on power chucks, standard chucks, fasteners, press fits, and wear-guides and ways.
Muxxol HT Plus
Lubrication at temperatures >200°C is very often poorly controlled. Use of traditional or even synthetic greases is not enough, or requires almost daily topping up. To resist decomposition or strong evaporation of the base oils at these extreme temperatures, the solution is to employ non-conventional chemistries. The thickener should be infusible or show a dropping point close to 300°C. Under still more extreme conditions, it is preferable to use pastes highly charged with solids (graphite, copper, zinc…).
The grease is thus only a vector to give a uniform deposit of a dry lubricant to protect the equipment.
